CEO and Founder of Therapeutic Center for Hope, Alexia is a passionate, dedicated psychotherapist (LCSW) and motivational speaker. She has launched a dynamic professional women's empowerment organization and mentors post-masters Social Workers and Marriage & Family Therapists as a Florida-Approved Supervisor as they work toward licensure.
She has spoken at the Super Soul Empowerment Brunch, Tenet Corporations, Christ Fellowship Ministries, and many more events — a powerhouse whose purpose is to empower others to #ReclaimTheirFuture.

Alexia's professional career began working with both children and adults in a family preservation program as an in-home therapist, helping families identify root issues and build skills to reach their goals. She has a well-versed career in the medical community and served on the Ethics Committee for West Boca Medical Center from 2005–2014, advocating for patients' rights to voice their desires to the medical board.
She is an Executive Member of the National Association of Divorce Professionals and is Certified in Collaborative Divorce. Previously a member of the Florida Adoption Counsel, she provides home studies for families expanding through adoption and counseling for birth parents — because the adoption process can and should be a positive experience for everyone involved.
Alexia has been a keynote speaker at Nordstrom's signature Elemis Beauty, Caron Renaissance, Christ Fellowship Ministries, the National Association of Divorce Professionals, Tenet Healthcare, Cambridge Schools, the Super Soul Empowerment Brunch, Christ Fellowship International, and Berean School. She is regarded by peers as a true leader whose passion for children and family issues shines through.
