Blended & Co-Parenting Families

Build a household — and a co-parenting relationship — that works for everyone in it.

Blending families and co-parenting after separation is some of the most complex relational work there is. Loyalties, histories, and different parenting styles all sit in the same room. It's normal for it to be hard — and it's absolutely something you can build skills for.

Together we'll work on realistic expectations, shared agreements between adults, and the kind of communication that protects children from being caught in the middle.

What we typically work on

  • Aligning between co-parents on rules, transitions, and communication.
  • Introducing new partners and step-parents at a healthy pace.
  • Helping kids move between two homes without carrying conflict.
  • Building step-parent relationships that don't force loyalty.
  • Handling holidays, milestones, and school events with less friction.
