Parenting Support
Practical, compassionate strategies for the season of parenting you're in — from postpartum through the teen years.
Parenting is one of the hardest, most personal jobs there is — and most of us are doing it while running on very little sleep, information overload, and old scripts from our own childhoods. Parenting sessions give you a thoughtful sounding board, not a lecture.
Whether you're a new parent trying to find your footing, co-parenting after separation, or navigating a strong-willed teen, we'll work on the specific challenges in your home while also strengthening the relationship underneath them.
What parenting work often covers
- Setting age-appropriate limits without power struggles.
- Handling big feelings — yours and theirs — without losing connection.
- Consistent routines, screens, homework, and household expectations.
- Talking with kids about hard topics: divorce, loss, safety, identity.
- Repairing the relationship after a rough patch.
